Jeremy Smale, the property owner, told the board he and his wife acquired the property by deed in December 2025 and that the home has three bedrooms. "Set up an Airbnb," he said when asked what he planned to do with the property. Under questioning he said the unit would be advertised through the Airbnb app, would host up to six occupants, and that guests would be asked to follow existing township noise ordinances. "I would ask that the guests follow, you know, the noise ordinances that exist in our township currently," Smale said.
