Board approves consent items including MOU with Texas Woman's University and JJAEP interlocal

During the consent portion of the meeting the board considered a package of routine items. The consent list included an MOU with Texas Woman's University; adoption of the 2025–26 student code of conduct; an interlocal agreement with Tyler ISD for JJAEP services; wastewater management services; appointment of Chapel Hill ISD certified appraisal role; budget amendments for both 24–25 and 25–26; and donations from Cooperatives, Teachers Credit Union, Caldwell Zoo, Escapeology, Indigo and TXU. A motion to approve the consent agenda passed unanimously.
Trustees were asked whether any item should be pulled for individual discussion; none were pulled and the board approved the full package by motion and second.
