Engineer: stormwater system handled Debbie but some residents report standing water and mold

Krebs noted that "Parts of the community received almost 8” of rain in two or three days and the roads are designed for 5½” of rain over a 24-hour period," and suggested a possible drainage connection to Lake E1‑A to bypass pipes and inlets.
A resident said they believed standing water from Tropical Storm Debbie was coming up through a slab and causing mold issues in their unit; Mr. Krebs responded that he did not believe the standing water was the cause because similar issues were not reported in other units and recommended placing the item on the next agenda for Mr. Long to comment further.
