Premier Lakes: monthly rainy‑season service, bubbler repairs and pre‑storm cleanup

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes told the Board that "The lakes appear to be in very good shape," and that preserve and dry‑retention maintenance is underway. He reported that crews will repair the Lake H1‑B nano‑bubbler the following day after it lost prime, and that fallen trees were removed from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure in advance of an impending tropical storm.
Kurth also said Premier adjusted routine maintenance frequency "from quarterly to monthly, during the rainy season" to address rapid growth and water‑quality needs. Mr. Willis and Mr. Kurth will present electrical proposals regarding relocation of a compressor in the Masters Lake in a future staff report.
