Mrs. Adams presented the resignation letter of Mr. James Gilman (Seat 1). The Board discussed outreach to fill the unexpired term — because the vacancy is by appointment, staff and Mr. Long will e‑blast The Meadows residents and the POA manager to solicit resumes or letters of interest.
On a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, the Board unanimously accepted Mr. Gilman’s resignation. The Board directed staff to include candidate qualification requirements on the next meeting agenda and to administer the oath of office to any appointee as required.
