Director David Gatlin moved to approve the estimate and Allison Baumhefner seconded. A roll-call vote recorded ayes from Chair Steve Baxman, Baumhefner and Gatlin. The minutes list the estimate amount but do not include timing for the work or a vendor contract number.
District staff will follow up with the vendor to finalize scope and schedule work.
