Sidewalk inspection finds severe curb/sidewalk areas; homeowners to be notified of repair responsibility

Krebs said he is preparing a draft memorandum to inform certain homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their own driveways; the memorandum will be sent to Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz for review prior to distribution.
No contractor was selected at the meeting; the item was discussed for budgeting and outreach. The Board did not direct immediate enforcement action beyond the planned homeowner notifications and the pursuit of contractor quotes.
