On a motion by Chair Bob Schultz, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board approved AV‑Tech Estimates 24150 and 24151 to wire and install three permanent and one mobile 15" solar-powered speed signs with cameras and messaging and to subscribe to the cloud service, for a combined total of $105,000. The board discussed a $150,000 budget line for traffic calming and the possibility that the HOA assume cloud-device costs, offset by covenant traffic-fine revenue.
