River Ridge board elects officers under Resolution 2025-02

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect the district's officers. On a motion by Supervisor Terry Mountford, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board elected Bob Schultz as chair and confirmed Terry Mountford as vice chair and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries.
Mrs. Adams presented the resolution and noted that previous appointments remain in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer. The vote to adopt the resolution passed with all members present voting in favor.
