Dave Griffith explained the need for a driveway on Saltillo Road to access the Hunter's Ridge Addition well house for maintenance. The council voted to approve a waiver of relinquishment of direct vehicular access to Saltillo Road for the limited purpose of allowing maintenance access to the shared well located in the northeast corner of Lot 7, Hunter's Ridge Addition, as set forth in the Final Plat dated September 21, 2006 and recorded as Lancaster County Instrument No. 2006-052912.
The motion was moved by Josh Buck and seconded by Pete Simmons. The roll-call vote was YES: Simmons, Buck, Schmidt, with Council Member Dan Zieg recorded as ABSTAIN (WITH CONFLICT). The minutes specify the approval is limited to maintenance access and cite the recorded plat instrument.
