Board approves two OAH settlement agreements in closed session

For each case the motions to approve the Final Settlement Agreement passed on motions by Board member Carlos Cerdan and seconded by Clerk Elizabeth Cabrera, with recorded results of 3-0-2 (Vice President Jennifer Gutierrez, Clerk Cabrera and Member Cerdan voting yes; President Liliana Magana and Member Marisol Madrigal Uribe absent).
