Clerk Elizabeth Cabrera moved the motion to approve the report and certify the district will meet its financial obligations for the current and two subsequent years; Board Member Carlos Cerdan seconded. The roll-call vote was recorded as five "aye" votes.
The Board's action instructs the president to file a positive certification for the reporting period ending Oct. 31, 2025. Ellingson noted the district's projections assume the State continues to fund Local Control Funding Formula targets; supporting presentation materials were appended to the official minutes.
