The Planning Board carried Docket No. 1-25, a preliminary and final major site plan application by Fort Lee Dev, LLC for a four-unit townhouse development at 1639 Kaufer Lane, to the Feb. 9, 2026 meeting. Board Attorney Glenn Kienz told members the applicant had not provided plans to interested parties in time and that they were working on requested changes. "They will supposedly be ready in February," the minutes record.
Chairwoman Cooney announced "The application will be carried to the meeting of February 9, 2026. No further notice is necessary, and time was waived for the Board to act unless they noticed over 120 days ago." The board took no final action on the application at this meeting and will resume consideration when the applicant returns with revised plans.
