The resolution names Glenn Kienz, Esq. of The Weiner Law Group LLP as Board Attorney; Eric Bernstein, Esq. as Conflict Board Attorney; and Neglia Group, LLC to serve as Board Planner, Board Site Engineer and Board Traffic Engineer. Board Attorney Kienz noted his office prepared a memo regarding a new publication requirement tied to the Governing Body that will begin around March.
