Centerville delays award on GLO Project #24-06-083-E759 pending additional surveying

Steve Duncan of Bleyl Engineering told the council that the General Land Office (GLO) Project #24-06-083-E759 requires additional surveying before a construction contract can be awarded. Because the required surveying had not yet been completed, the council did not award a contract and will consider the item at a future meeting.
The council recorded no motion or vote on the contract at the June 3 meeting; staff and engineering indicated further field work is necessary before an award can proceed.
