Public commenter urges Brenham ISD to prioritize principals, 12-month contracts and strategic planning

"Budgets are moral documents," Graham said, adding that principals are the district's front-line administrators and that Brenham ISD should consider 12-month contracts for 12-month employees with appropriate vacation benefits. He identified himself as a former public-school superintendent with 25 years' experience and said his comments were offered to improve strategic planning, not for personal reasons.
Graham closed by offering his time to assist the board in strategic planning if desired.
