President Debbie Wright-Hood opened the meeting at 7:30 a.m., established a quorum and introduced the agenda item related to the Superintendent of the Year application. "Debbie Wright-Hood nominated Mr. James Skeeler," the minutes record. Trustee Russell Devorsky moved to approve the resolution; Lance Donaldson seconded.
