The Village of Lyndon Station board on June 8 approved several actions tied to the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project, including Change Order No. 3 and a draw request to pay project bills. Trustees voted unanimously to accept the Allen Steele quote for manhole replacement and to approve the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR).
Board members said the steps are part of continuing construction and compliance work on the WWTP. President Bob Darnell made the motion to approve Change Order No. 3; Trustee Rebecca Coley moved to approve the draw request. No dollar amounts for the change order were specified in the minutes. The board recorded unanimous approval on all WWTP-related motions.
