The Calallen ISD Board adopted the district's fiscal year 2024-25 budgets and approved Budget Amendment #4 for FY2023-24 during the Aug. 26 special meeting. Heather Luckenbach moved to approve Budget Amendment #4 (seconded by Royce Cameron); the motion carried 7-0. The board also approved a blanket authorization for end-of-year budget amendments not to exceed $49,999 (moved by Lori Jo Walker, seconded by Royce Cameron), which likewise passed unanimously.
Board members debated no contentious changes on the record; the minutes record all motions as carrying 7-0. Administrative staff will execute the approved amendments and adoption in line with district finance procedures and state reporting requirements.
