Separately, the board voted to enter into an amended contract with McKinley Golden Associates on a motion by Micha Miller, seconded by Brock Weatherford; that motion also passed with the same 6–0 record. The minutes list the motions in full procedural language: "I make a motion to amend the 2024-2025 Budget as presented" and "I make a motion to enter into an amended contract with McKinley Golden Associates."
