Blue Ridge ISD endorses Robert Selders Jr. for TASB Region 10 seat

At the July 21 meeting, the Blue Ridge ISD Board approved an endorsement of Garland ISD Trustee Robert Selders Jr. for Region 10, Position A on the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Board of Directors. The motion was made by Lonnie Murphy, seconded by Matt Grier, and passed 7–0.
The endorsement is a nonbinding expression of support by the board for Trustee Selders’ candidacy for the TASB regional board seat. The minutes record the endorsement motion and unanimous vote but do not include remarks from the endorsed candidate.
