The Cedar Hill ISD Board of Trustees met Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m., and promptly recessed into a closed session under the Texas Open Meetings Act to consult with counsel and consider personnel matters, including the superintendent evaluation. The agenda cited Texas Government Code Chapter 551 and subsections 551.071, 551.074 and 551.082 as the legal bases for the executive session; by law, the contents of that closed session are confidential.
The board reconvened to open session at 9:42 p.m. Trustee Ayanna Cabrera-Cook moved to adjourn at 9:42 p.m., Trustee Carma Morgan seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously, 7-0.
