Caddo Mills ISD board extends superintendent contract, approves salary and stipend increases

The board members recorded as voting 'yes' were Mark Sweeney, Eddie Hall, Dane Scoggins, Nanette Mulkey, Barry Stapleton, Rueben Terry and Chris Tillery.
