County prevention staff promote April teen resilience event, share vaping survey results

Lisa Gill, prevention staff, presented upcoming prevention trainings and events at the Feb. 17 meeting, distributing flyers for an April 8, 2026 event titled "Raising Resilient Teens" with guest speaker Nathan Harmon, founder of 'Your Life Speaks'; the program will be held at Knoch High School Auditorium from 6:00–7:30 p.m.
Gill also reported on the Knoch Coalition Connection: youth members presented ideas on supporting tobacco and vaping policy through education at the Feb. 4 school board meeting and Gill shared community survey results on where youth are accessing and using vapes.
