Council approves well pump removal and inspection contract

The Omak City Council unanimously approved Resolution No. 33-2026 to contract PumpTech for removal, camera inspection and reinstallation of the OWP well pump. Public Works Director Wayne Beetchenow told the Council staff had observed pump packing entering the water system and recommended the inspection and service.
Member Steve Clark moved to approve the contract; the motion passed with no questions or public comment. Staff will coordinate with PumpTech to schedule the pump removal and casing inspection under the terms approved by the Council.
