Planning staff told the commission there were no outstanding staff comments, and Joe Gray moved to approve the submitted plan with the approved modifications. Tom Kamerer seconded the motion and the commission recorded that the motion passed.
The plan involves subdividing an existing house and garage onto a new lot and creating remnant non-building lots and a lot-line revision (four lots total). Commissioners recorded the approval at the Feb. 18 meeting and directed that the plan proceed subject to the approved modifications being reflected in final documents.
