MTR Engineers/Terra Testing briefed trustees on civil survey progress and Butler Cohen, the construction manager, presented a market conditions analysis and comparisons.
E3 Entergral Solutions also presented potential project scope-of-work items and budget estimates for a design-build project; the presentation was expressly for discussion only and did not seek board approval. Trustees received the series of updates as part of ongoing capital-program oversight.
