Canutillo trustees approve conditional tax-incentive agreement for Vinton Steel

During a public hearing on Nov. 19, Kathy Mathias presented the potential advantages of Vinton Steel locating in the district. On a motion by Mrs. Barnes, seconded by Mrs. Zuniga, the motion passed with Barnes-Yes, Borrego-Yes, Maldonado-Yes, Ortega-Abstain, Rodriguez-Yes and Zuniga-Yes.
