The Wayne County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a Title XIX agreement between the Wayne County Area Agency on Aging and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, represented by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, for $17,346 for state fiscal year 2025–26.
Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer made the motion to approve the agreement and Commissioner James Shook seconded it; no dissent was recorded on the vote. The agreement was entered on the meeting record as a routine contract approval for the Area Agency on Aging.
