Canton ISD board approves consent agenda, including audit services contract

The consent items included approval of the February 21, 2025 minutes, the monthly financial status and budget reports, the tax collection report, and authorization for the superintendent to hire contracted personnel.
Included in the consent items was a professional audit services contract with Rutherford, Taylor & Company, P.C. The board recorded the motion as "MOTION CARRIED 7-0."
