Superintendent Dr. Brian Morris provided the board with the instrument that will be used for his evaluation along with the 2024–2025 district goals and evidence-of-attainment documentation. Because the evidence files are large, board members were asked to request copies directly from Dr. Morris.
Dr. Morris also provided attendance figures as of Dec. 10, 2024: FLM 95.37%; CES 96.76%; CMS 96.51%; CHS/RRA 95.82%; district average 96.12%. He noted the district budget was built on a 95% attendance assumption.
