During the consent agenda the board approved staff recommendations to contract roofing consulting services (RFQ 2025-04B) and MEP & commissioning services (RFQ 2025-05B) for projects tied to the 2024 Bond Referendum. The recommended roofing consultants listed by evaluation score were Terracon Consulting, Inc.; KWA Engineering & Building Science Co. Inc.; Armko Industries, Inc.; and Amtech Solutions, Inc. For MEP & commissioning the listed order was Estes, McClure and Associates; Bath Group, LLC.; DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc.; and Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc.
