The board then approved a budget amendment of $33,747.00 to cover those purchases, which includes an additional $3,068.60 to replace the malfunctioning clock.
The motions were made by Trustee Casey Lout, seconded by Greg Hubbard, and carried 6-0 with no recorded opposition. Minutes do not list vendor contract documents or payment schedule.
