The superintendent had distributed evaluation and district materials elsewhere in the agenda, and the board took the protocol approval as a separate, formal action. The minutes record no abstentions or opposing votes.
Board members did not attach any additional implementation timeline in the meeting minutes; the presentation focused on operational use by counselors rather than policy language changes. For follow-up the board will rely on staff to integrate the forms into campus counseling practices.
