The board also approved a Final Settlement Agreement for Compromise and Release Agreement: 201215 v. MUSD (OAH Case No. 2025101017). Vice President Gutierrez moved the approval, President Magana seconded, and the motion passed 5‑0; the minutes state that details will be with Student Services.
