Board approves multiple facilities contracts and abatement work across district campuses

(proposed $83,000 plus $8,300 owner's contingency; total NTE $91,300).
The board also ratified Performance Abatement Services to complete mold abatement in Rooms 1, 15 and 21 at La Merced Academy for a proposed fee of $58,700 plus $5,800 owner's contingency (total NTE $64,500). These facilities items were acted on as part of the consent agenda adopted by motion of Ms. Cabrera and second of Mr. Cerdan.
