Commissioners advance energy-audit agreement, photo‑booth lease and several appointments

The board additionally approved reappointments and appointments including Muriel Nuttal to the Go Laurel Highlands board (term to June 30, 2029) and Jerrod Murtha to a regional public participation panel (term to December 31, 2026).
