D’Auria also presented multiple FY2026-27 agreements with Avanco International related to privacy and security (HIPAA Business Associate addendum), consulting and ad hoc IT services with stated hourly rates (for example, Developer $92.50/hr; Project Director $125.00/hr), CWIS 2.0 upgrades with a total cost of $359,612.56 allocated across CAPS counties (Fayette County share $6,351.15), and an AFCARS upgrade and maintenance program totaling $290,000 (Fayette County share $5,133.97). All motions to place these items on the agenda passed unanimously.
