Board President Fabian Serrano opened the meeting at 5:16 p.m., and the board adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
On motions recorded in the minutes, the board approved the consent agenda (Motion #6067), a slate of employment recommendations (Motion #6068), acceptance of donations including $13,975 from the HOPE Foundation and $1,000 from the Big Spring YMCA (Motion #6069), and a budget amendment to shift $180,552.20 in payment to fiscal year 2024–2025 for the Blankenship Field turf project with an increase coded 189-81 of $181,000 offset by local fund balance (Motion #6070). Each motion carried on 6-0 votes with one board member absent.
