Childress ISD trustees elect Daniel president, Bruce vice president and Rabe secretary

The Board of Education of the Childress Independent School District elected its officer slate during the regular meeting on May 12, 2025. Mrs. Freeman moved to elect Doug Daniel as board president, seconded by Mr. Teague; the motion carried 7-0.
The board then elected Leslie Bruce as vice president on a motion by Mr. Stone, seconded by Mrs. Rabe, and elected Lori Rabe as board secretary on a motion by Mrs. Freeman, seconded by Mr. Stone; both motions carried 7-0. The votes were recorded in the district minutes and the oaths for Daniel, Dr. Green and Mr. Teague were administered during the session.
