At its Feb. 25, 2025 meeting, the Chester Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously amended Board Policy BE Local to set the official start time for regular board meetings at 5:30 p.m.
Shawna Neal moved to amend the policy; Timber Wright seconded and the motion passed by unanimous vote. The Board President, Wade Read, had called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m., and the change was presented and approved during regular business. The Board also announced the next regular meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on March 17, 2025.
