County civil counsel says federal lawsuit by Mark Hagen dismissed

Christina told commissioners that the case included two counts and that the court dismissed both the due-process claim (without a hearing) and the substantive claim (after the merits were heard). "That case was dismissed on April 17," Christina said during privilege comment. She indicated she would provide a copy of the dismissal for media and public records.
Board members thanked counsel for the update. The report concluded that the federal lawsuit referenced in recent meetings is now closed and requires no further board action.
