Commission discusses future meeting dates, quorum rules and upcoming data-center definition work

Staff also told the commission that the city council has signaled it will prepare a draft definition for data centers and return that material to the commission for review. "The city council made it pretty crystal clear that they want to tackle that definition or at least a draft," staff said, adding that the commission will still have the opportunity to weigh the merits of any draft returned by the council. The commission agreed to consider the draft when it is provided and to ensure adequate participation and legal review before taking action.
