Mendocino CSD confirms Andrea Shepherd as president, Jim as vice president

At the start of the meeting Andrea Shepherd said it was time to elect officers for the year. Matthew moved to appoint Andrea Shepherd to continue as president and to confirm Jim as vice president; another board member seconded the motion and the board voted to approve the appointments.
The appointment was handled by the seated members and recorded during the meeting. Shepherd prefaced the motion by noting the board may need to revisit officer assignments later if membership changes, but she said she will continue as president and Jim will serve as vice president.
