The design team said they pulled planting to the curb to create a cohesive frontage and that the plan will be reviewed by the city's landscape consultant prior to Planning Commission action. Committee members recommended discussing tree placement with the engineering department to avoid encroachment and suggested moving some trees back onto private property to preserve visibility at the driveway.
Staff confirmed the landscape plan will be revised based on committee input and reviewed by the city landscape consultant before the Planning Commission hearing.
