The Design Review Subcommittee of the City of San Clemente voted on July 29 to appoint Commissioner Cosgrove as chair and Commissioner Kemp as vice chair.
A committee member moved "I move we approve, commissioner Cosgrove as chair and, commissioner Kemp as vice chair." After a second and a voice vote the motion passed. The outgoing chair noted, "this will be my last meeting as chair, and then I'll hand the gavel," and the panel confirmed the transition.
The appointments were handled at the start of the 3 p.m. session at San Clemente City Hall. Committee members then approved minutes from the July 16 special meeting and proceeded to a scheduled project review without further procedural business.
