Committee on Health to consider two dietitian nominations at Jan. 26 meeting

The Committee on Health convened a public roundtable on Jan. 23 to hear from two mayoral nominees to the Board of Dietetics and Nutrition. Chair Christina Henderson thanked the nominees for their willingness to serve, administered the oath and conducted a question-and-answer session on conflicts, patient-safety risks and workforce issues.
No votes were taken at the roundtable. "The committee on health will hold its next meeting, for the committee on Monday, January 26, 3PM, where we will consider these 2 nominations," Chair Henderson said. The hearing was adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
