Fayette County commissioners approved an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) Agreement May 21 with McClure Company to conduct a comprehensive assessment of county facilities, identify energy conservation measures, infrastructure improvements, estimated costs and projected savings.
The minutes specify that approval of the IGA does not obligate the county to proceed with implementation; any future project agreements would require separate approval by the Commissioners and the County Solicitor. The motion was moved by Commissioner Kaufman, seconded by Commissioner Vicites, and passed unanimously.
