County OKs $7,000 agreement for Nilan Bridge ROW plan on Sheepskin Trail

Fayette County commissioners approved a Letter of Agreement May 21 with Gibson Thomas Engineering to develop a Right-Of-Way plan at the Nilan Bridge section of the Sheepskin Trail. The total agreement amount is $7,000, and the minutes state no general funds will be used for the work.
The board also authorized Arthur Cappella to sign on behalf of Fayette County in PennDOT’s Engineering Construction Management System (ECMS) for county bridges (including TIP-related projects) and specifically for the Sheepskin Trail development project. The motions were moved by Commissioner Kaufman, seconded by Commissioner Vicites, and recorded as passing unanimously.
