Gainesville ISD approves shared polling locations, early-voting schedule and pay rates for May 3 election

The Gainesville ISD Board of Trustees on March 10 approved joint agreements to share polling locations for the May 3, 2025 election with the City of Gainesville and North Central Texas College, and later approved a separate agreement between NCTC and the district covering additional sites.
Board members also approved the Order of Appointment for election judges and alternates, set early voting at the Gainesville Civic Center from April 22–29 on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and established pay rates for election workers: Presiding Judges $14.00/$16.00 and Alternate Judges and Clerks $12.00/$14.00. All motions passed unanimously, 7–0.
